It is time for India to
get ready, rise and be a truly great nation - Strong and Developed - of the people, by the people and for the people.
What is stopping India? Why is it made such a difficult task?
Are we mentally, physically, socially and also as a nation prepared? Do we have the mindset to be No 1. You may ask that with so many problems and lack of direction, can we? Yes we can. I am very optimistic about it. But this is not hollow optimist based on spirit of nationalism. This is based on two things - potential and road map. We are not lacking in potential but yes we are lacking in a clear road map. There is too much noise but very little action specially the synergistic action which is the key to success of a nation.
India is a wonderful country. It has enormous potential and has made some good progress as well. But it also has many evils and challenges. Today there is so much unrest. We are already trying to fight problems like poverty, unemployment, lack of quality education and healthcare, poor infrastructure, social divide and on top of it, corruption. How this corruption is damaging the prospects of our development, we all know about it. But hold on, I am not going to blame politicians for all this. Do you know what is the real cause of all these problems including corruption? More than greed it is the failure of SYSTEM.
Being a psychologist I can tell that any group of people be it family, any organization or even a country works well if it has sound system. It is necessary to develop a working system on which everything moves. This is where we are lacking and this is what we need to do to be No 1. Next I will present a Model of such system on which we can grow and be No 1.
